01 · A QUICK NOTE
Hi Angelo,
I read your brief, then spent a while on the Eolo Capital site — the search fund, what you and Antonio look for
in a target, your background at Athora, UBS and Greenhill. Useful context. It told me you'd rather see the actual
plan than a sales page.
So this is short. It covers the pages I'd build, what sits on each one, and the technical work underneath.
I've styled it in your own navy and gold so you can see how that identity carries into a financial UI.
One thing worth raising early, because it changes how the whole thing gets built. "Banking website" can mean two
very different products. Your brief lists Website features: Marketing, so I've read this as the
public-facing site — products, rates, trust, enquiries, lead capture. That's what I've scoped here. If customers
also need to log in and move money, that's a regulated software build. I'd do the front-end against a licensed
core-banking or BaaS provider's API and never touch a custom ledger, but we should talk that through properly
before anyone plans around it.
On fit — most of my last six years has been real estate and property investment. 130+ sites for agents,
brokerages, funds and cash-buyer operations across the US, Canada, the UK and Europe. Different sector, but the
job is the same one: a high-value decision, a long consideration window, trust as the main barrier, and a site
whose real purpose is getting a qualified stranger into a CRM and then onto a call. That's the part that
transfers, and I've built it a lot.
Portfolio is on page 6 if you'd rather see the work before the detail. Happy to walk through any of it on a call.

02 · THE WEBSITE
Pages I'd Build
A starting structure — we'd finalise it together. Every page gets a written brief before it's
designed: one target keyword, one main message, one thing you want the visitor to do.
1
Homepage
Positioning above the fold, then three clear routes into your product lines. Trust bar
(regulator, security, protection), featured product, proof section, insights teaser, closing CTA. The visitor
should know within five seconds whether you're for them.
2
Products & Services Parent + child pages
An overview page plus a dedicated page per line — personal, business, wealth/advisory. Each covers
what it is, who it's for, rates and eligibility, how to apply in three steps, FAQ and its own enquiry CTA.
3
About & Leadership
Named people, real credentials, photos, track record, governance. In financial services this ends up
being one of the highest-converting pages on the site, not a courtesy page.
4
Security & Trust Centre
Encryption, fraud protection, deposit or asset protection, "how we'll never contact you", a
report-fraud route, regulator and registration details. This one directly reduces drop-off at the enquiry stage.
5
Rates, Fees & Terms
Clear structured tables with effective dates and a downloadable PDF. Ranks well organically and
pre-qualifies enquiries before they cost your team time.
6
Insights / Blog
Category archive, article template, author boxes, related posts, newsletter capture. This is the
long-term SEO engine, and it links back into the product pages.
7
Contact & Enquiry
Forms routed by enquiry type so leads reach the right person, calendar booking, locations map where
relevant, and a stated response time.
8
Legal & Compliance Reusable components
Privacy, terms, cookie policy, disclosures, accessibility statement, complaints procedure. Built once
as components so they stay consistent everywhere they appear.
9
Careers Optional
Cheap to include now, awkward to bolt on later. Worth adding if hiring is on the roadmap.
+
System pages
Custom 404, thank-you pages with conversion tracking, search results, and branded email templates for
form notifications. Small things, but they're usually where a build gets sloppy.
03 · LANDING PAGES
The Three Conversion Pages
The website builds credibility. These three bring in the pipeline. Each is standalone and
campaign-targeted, with a single goal and no global navigation competing with the offer. Final picks are yours —
here's what I'd suggest based on your brief.
01 Product AcquisitionGoal · Application start
Built for paid search and paid social on your highest-margin product. Rate or benefit stated
above the fold, eligibility clear at a glance, three-field capture, then qualifying questions once the lead
already exists. Includes a comparison block that answers "why not my existing bank?" before they think to ask it.
02 Wealth & AdvisoryGoal · Booked call
Higher intent, longer consideration. Advisor credibility leads — named people, credentials,
investment philosophy. Calendar booking embedded rather than a contact form, because a booked slot converts far
better than a promise to reply. Risk disclosure handled visibly and properly, not buried in the footer.
03 Business / CommercialGoal · Enquiry + segment
B2B decision-maker, rational and comparison-driven. Leads on speed to decision, direct access to
a relationship manager, and switching made painless. Captures company size and sector so enquiries land
pre-qualified with the right person — that alone usually removes a round of back-and-forth per lead.
What goes into every one of them
- One goal, one primary CTA, no competing links
- Headline matched to the ad that sent them
- Three fields to capture, qualify afterwards
- Trust rail — regulator, security, named people, real proof
- FAQ written from your actual sales objections
- Designed mobile-first, since that's where the paid traffic is
- Built light and fast, no framework bloat
- A/B variant of the headline and CTA live from day one
- Thank-you page with conversion event and a next step
- Pushed into your CRM with the lead source attached
Why these matter more than the website
If you're running paid acquisition, landing page conversion rate is the highest-leverage number in the funnel.
Moving 2% to 4% halves your cost per lead without spending another dollar on media. That's why I treat these as
engineered assets with a testing plan attached, rather than three extra pages.

- Meta and LinkedIn pixels with conversions API
- CRM integration — HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce or whatever you run — with lead source attached
- Heatmaps and session recordings on the landing pages
- A one-page monthly report you can actually read
- WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility — required under AODA in Canada and the EAA in the EU
- Consent management platform with an audit trail
- GDPR / PIPEDA-aligned privacy architecture
- Marketing consent captured with timestamp and source
- Full source code and asset ownership transferred to you — no lock-in
- Recorded walkthrough videos so your team can edit confidently
- 6 months of free post-launch support
On jurisdiction
Disclosure, consent and accessibility rules differ quite a bit between Canada, the EU/Italy and the UK.
Confirming the regulated entity early means I build that layer correctly the first time instead of retrofitting
it later, which always costs more.

Who You'd Be Working With
Sohrab Khan
Web Designer & Developer
Six years building high-conversion websites for real estate, property investment and financial-adjacent
businesses across the US, Canada, the UK and Europe. 130+ delivered.
I work directly with clients, not through an agency layer — the person who scopes your project
is the one who designs it, builds it, and replies when you message at launch. Everything is hand-coded, or
WordPress where a content team needs control. CRM, analytics, consent platforms and AI-assisted lead
qualification are standard for me, not add-ons.
A few things I'd need to know
1How long do you want to give this? Your target launch date shapes how I sequence the work — I'd rather build to your timeline than assume one.
2Marketing site only, or authenticated banking as well? The biggest single question, for the reasons on page 2.
3Which regulated entity and jurisdiction? Canada, EU/Italy or UK — it drives the whole compliance layer.
4New brand, or extend the Eolo identity? This document uses your navy and gold as a starting point.
5Which CRM and marketing stack are you on? Determines the integration and tracking setup.
6English only, or English and Italian? Affects architecture and content volume.
7Which three products for the landing pages? My suggestions are on page 4 — your call.
Before you commit to anything — a free homepage design
I'll design the full homepage for your banking site, in your brand, at no cost and with nothing owed. You get to
see the standard of the work and how I handle feedback before there's any agreement in place. If it's not right,
you've lost nothing. If it is, we can talk timeline and budget from there.
